Office 2007 Workshops

During the Summer of 2007, the Technology and Information Services department
upgraded all computer labs and smart classrooms to Office 2007. During
the upcoming Summer of 2008, all faculty computers will be upgraded to
Office 2007. With a completely new user interface and new collaborative
tools, Office 2007 is an incredible resource for St. Joseph's College.
We are offering these 1-hour sessions to get you up to speed on the "cosmetic"
changes in the new version and as an opportunity for you to learn about
some of the new features of each program.
The best way to learn more about Office 2007 (and the items listed below)
is to experience it for yourself. If you plan on starting the Summer or
Fall semester with a PowerPoint presentation, or showing students a document
in Microsoft Word, these sessions are for you!

to describe or by making the document more visually appealing. There are
some surprisingly powerful graphics tools built into each of the Office
2000 applications. The skills you learn in this workshop can be
used in all of the Office 2000 programs. The goal for this workshop
is to expose you to many of the image and drawing related tools in Office
2000 and learn how easy it is to create interesting and more visually
